America has a big decision to make this November, but it is not primarily political in nature. This election is not about immigration (my area of practice) or immigrants. It’s not whether to cut social security or raise taxes.
The question is:
What is America?
The answers may vary, but one thing America has always been founded upon, long before the Statue of Liberty even existed, there was always something special about the nation Reagan so famously referred to as that “shining city upon a hill.”
Donald Trump is as un-American as Hitler. He wishes to subject people to religious test and his America First campaign expressly shows the Nazi linked America First of the Lindbergh era of American Nazi sympathizers.
Trump mocks handicapped people, women, immigrants, war heroes and has finally gotten to the point as the article below details that even Republicans are seeing this as a matter of American, not partisan importance. Trump’s hate and mental unfitness are becoming impossible for his party, and our country, to ignore.
