IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY KELLY SANCHEZ
Immigration Attorney Kelly G. Sanchez brings a diverse legal background to Brandt Immigration. Ms. Sanchez has an innate passion for helping and advocating for others. She has worked with several human rights organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC).
Ms. Sanchez graduated from Florida International University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Sanchez was a member of the University of Maryland Pro Bono Clinic. Ms. Sanchez is now a member of the Florida Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association and American Bar Association.
Ms. Sanchez has devoted her time in law practice to deportation defense in Immigration Court and before deportation officers at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Detention and Removal Offices. Additionally, Ms. Sanchez regularly represents individuals in various interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services offices.
Ms. Sanchez is a first generation Hispanic-American, born to a Honduran mother and Cuban father. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish.
