Obama Abandons His Pledge

Today marks yet another broken promise to provide relief to undocumented families in America. President Obama pledged to act on his own by the end of summer.

Today, he completely broke that pledge and now says that he will act before the end of the year. Obviously, he is sensitive to the impact that executive action might have on November elections. But to those who were counting on him just to be true to his word, this is just another broken promise.

I hope that Obama acts decisively after November, or his only major immigration legacy will be to have deported more people than any president in US history.

  1. Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything. Nevertheless think about if you added some great pictures or videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this blog could undeniably be one of the most beneficial in its niche. Great blog!|
